Dome Paperweight with Red Peppermint Swirls! Handmade

This is a very cute little paperweight. It is a dome shape with a somewhat flat top. Inside there is a large air bubble surrounded by red swirls that look like peppermint swirls. The piece is handmade and signed but unfortunately I cannot make out the signature, though it does appear to indicate it was made in 1983.
The piece is about 2.5" tall and 2.5" wide.
