Scallop Rim Hand-painted Enamel on Copper Dish

Beautifully hand-painted enamel on copper with a scallop shaped rim. This item was made in China most likely in the mid part of the 20th century. The painting on the dish depicts an idyllic setting of a man standing on a bridge overlooking a building and tree. This item is about 4.5" in diameter and also has gilding around the edges.
