Shipping policy

We can typically ship an order out within a day or two. Larger items such as furniture or artwork may require more time to facilitate packaging and arrangements for shipping. 

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes that apply.

Not responsible for delays caused by Customs or shipping partners.

Return shipping costs will be customer's responsibility, unless an error was committed on our part: incorrect item, item not as described. 

Damage due to negligence by shipping is the responsibility of the shipping partner. 

While we will do what we can to assist in resolving the issue, items delayed, lost, or damaged in shipping are the sole responsibility of the shipping partner and all inquiries should be directed toward them.
