Antique 1906 San Francisco Earthquake Framed Lithograph

An original antique framed color lithograph titled "Destruction of San Francisco by Earthquake and Fire, April 18th, 1906." depicting a very detailed and accurate bird's eye view of the city of San Francisco shortly after the legendary earthquake struck. According to the caption in the print: "Every building shown in the above picture was destroyed by the great fire." The detail is incredible, with people being seen running in the streets. This image was created by Francis Ficke and was published by Louis Roesch Co. 

NOTE: The condition is fair, color is still very strong, but there are creases in paper apparently from the print having been rolled up. Also some tears to the paper and a decently sized water damage to top of the paper, as well as a little bit on side. Image itself though is not really effected by damage.
