Beautifully Carved Calcite Owl on Perch

A beautiful piece of white banded calcite (most often incorrectly called 'onyx') sculpted into a very handsome owl with blue eyes. The owl is perched upon another carved piece of banded calcite acting as a perch. In nice condition, some minor chips and dings throughout. Please see photos.
