Description

A beautiful bent egg style estate pipe made from lovely carved wood and capped with sterling silver. This is part of Peterson's 308 shape. Appears to most likely be from the early 1900s-1910s. Has an amber stem and a fitted leather case with lovely green velvet interior. 

G.F.B. stands for "Genuine French Briar", was an American company that was associated with the Manhattan Briar Pipe Company.

Pipe appears to be in good used condition. It has not been cleaned. There is still tobacco/ash residue in the bowl. The stem appears to be near original as well. Stem has been overturned but does not appear damaged.
