A vintage piece of scratchboard art with lovely imagery and a powerful social message. The art depicts a couple of cows and containers of milk. Beneath the image is text which reads "You Can Get Good Milk From A Brown Skinned Cow; The Color of the Skin Doesn't Matter Nohow". This piece of art appears to have been made a student in New York City's High School of Music and Art (now a part of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & the Arts) located in Harlem. As per documentation on the back of the image, this piece appears to have been a part of some art competition. Image is unframed, but is attached to mat.
