Niagara Falls 300th Anniversary of Discovery Metal Trade Dollar

Vintage silver tone metal "trade dollar" coin commemorating the 300th anniversary of the "discovery" of Niagara Falls by Father Hennepin in 1678. The front of the coin shows a depiction of the falls, inscribed above which is "DISCOVERY OF THE FALLS 300th ANNIVERSARY" beneath is inscribed "FATHER HENNEPIN 1678". The obverse side shows a crest, above which is inscribed "TRADE DOLLAR" and beneath the crest is inscribed "1978 NIAGARA FALLS CANADA - CHAMBER OF COMMERCE"
