Vintage gold tone sterling silver heart pendant made by Ross-Simons, set with round cut rubies, alternating with round cut diamonds. Eight rubies and four diamonds. Six of the rubies are approximately 2.5mm diameter, two are approximately 2mm diameter and diamonds are approximately 1mm diameter. NOTE: Gold is rubbing off in areas.
