Lovely oval cabochon of amber with numerous 'sun spangles' (intentionally induced inclusions caused by heating, a common practice with amber) horizontally set with a delicate pierced and embossed design grapevine motif. The chain of the necklace consists of unique twisted metal. The necklace is unmarked but acid tested sterling silver.
