This is a beautiful vintage ceramic ashtray, in an elongated oval form, with a very Mid Century Modern use of lines. The most stunning part of the piece may be the glazing; tones of greenish blue cascade into a roiling textured gem-like deep blue glaze in the bottom. The ashtray provides built-in cigarette rests.
