Description
Vintage bronze medallion commemorating the Knesset, the legislative body of the State of Israel. Minted in 1971 in limited edition by the Israel Mint. The front of the medallion depicts the Knesset building located in Jerusalem, while the obverse has a stylized depiction of the city of Jerusalem, inscribed "Jerusalem" in English and Hebrew. Along the edge of the medallion, it is stamped "STATE OF ISRAEL" in English and Hebrew. This medallion is marked "2098" .
